How to u lock a moto3

The LG CU500 is a 3G phone I think. You may need to change your SIM CARD to 3G. I had a razor and my Sim didn't work with the LG CU320 I bought. Also unlocking a LG phone is a little more troublesome that other phones. I found a solution on the web. sorry I don't remember the website address, but it comes up in any google search. I had a similar problem a few months ago. A friend of mine suggested that I turn off my phone, take the battery out and then the sim card out (the little card that says either CINGULAR or AT&T) on the back. Blow some air to try and get the dust out and put everything back on, then turn on the phone again.

It worked!!

Onnce you have exceeded the maximum number of passcode attempts, the SIM will become locked and won't allow further attempts.

When that happens you must obtain a PUK code (Personal Unblocking Key). This can only be supplied by the network providerto either the registered subscriber.

If the SIM is a prepay credit SIM which has never been registered with the network provider, then the PUK code cannot be provided and the SIM card is useless. All data on it such as the phone number, pre-paid credit and any contacts stored on it will be lost.

The phone itself may also have a block on it, even if the PUK code is available as many phones enable the owner to set a handset specific security code (can be a passcode or can be a pattern drawn on the screen).
