My #workcentre7345 showing the code 004-350 continuesly it didnot make any print/xerox copy......please urgently provide solution

There is no 1 part that deals with this issue i'm afraid. The copy from the glass uses all the boards in the same path that a print uses. It definately rules out the machine fault. I would guess that the machine isn't set up properly to receive these fierys. Just make sure all connections are secure, if not try other cables.

If your on maintenance tell them you want a replacement. If you have a maintenance agreement you are entitled to an identical replacement. Write a letter, with the serial number, peoblem and tellt them you want to exercise your TSG agreement. Total Satisfaction Agreement.
Not fixing it is rediculas.

That is a serious error code indicating hardware failure. Anything with a 07 is a major fault inside the machine. I am not seeing that exact error code referenced anywhere, but I can tell you that it is going to need service for certain. There is no simple thing you can do to get it back to functioning, unfortunately it will require a Xerox service person.

I am so sorry about that, if you really want to know what the error code is specifically referring to please reply here and I will continue to track it down for you, but thought I'd let you know right away that it is something major for sure.
