Akai LCT 328STA,Comes on Akai screen appears then goes off.

My Akai LCT 328STA TV will come on and show the AKAI screen then go off, about 20-30 seconds later the AKAI screen comes back on and off again. I called a repairman and he came and opened it up and said it was the power supply. He said there was several swollen capacitors and he could try and fix it. He replaced 4 or 5 capacitors, put it back together and same problem. He said he would check on a power supply then called back a day later and said they don't make it anymore. The TV is only three years old so if it is the power supply there has to be one somewhere.
