Recover Contacts Text Messages Deleted from Sony Ericsson Xperia

I'd had a lot of issues with my HTC Incredible 4G running Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich. This is a Verizon only phone, but like all the other Cellular services, the device comes with bundled Apps that CANNOT be removed without rooting the device; which presents it's own set of problems. Fortunately, there IS a workaround without the need for root access to the phone.

For any phone running Android 4.0 or higher, Google introduced the ability to -disable- many applications from running/loading on the system's space & memory resources.

Open your phone's settings and use the section used to manage the apps, this will vary from device to device. UN-install the updates for those apps which you're not using and don't want, the apps will revert to the factory versions. Proceed to clear any cached info the App uses and also clear the data to further reduce the App's foot print on storage. Then hit the buttons to 'Force-Stop' the app and also 'Disable'. This prevents the unwanted Apps from ever loading again or requesting to update at it's next scheduled check-in. Finally, shutdown or reboot the phone to ensure the unwanted cruft is cleared from chewing up resources on the phone.

Take care and caution to NOT disable any App or service unless you're certain you do NOT need it. This should help free valuable space and RAM resources on the phone. My own device became virtually unusable after just a few months of the cellular bloat-ware constantly chewing up more space and memory. This made the phone like new again and I love it again. Solution 1: Sir/Ma'am if Rogers Logo appears it means thar your Sony Ericsson Xperia firmware is supported by Rogers and if the logo of Rogers appears on the starting then don't worry its not a big issue and it can't create any problem and i consider that Roger Firmware is better then SEUS Firmware.
