I have oce plotwave 360, when print, I get error codes 22501, 22528, 22550 What do theses error mean?

This article is about two printer error codes, 22551 and 22531. These codes are associated with the OCE Plotwave 345 printer. The error code 22551 means that the printer has lost its connection to the computer, and the error code 22531 means that there is a communication problem between the printer and the computer.

this error more related to software problem,but you need do below step to check their hardware is in good condition.if all ok no problem,you may need to reformat their OS
1.off machine/on machine
2.pls check their controller connection (in you left side back cover down area).Make sure all the port are plug in properties and also in correct location,you cannot plug in to anywhere if no you will get the error code.
3. open fusing door ,try to unlock screw on right side back cover got 3 screw (torx 15 or 20)
4.open that cover look down that area got 1 big spider board.make sure all their connector usb port are plug in properties and in correct location.
5. check the big board should be got 3 LED green light stable on if no use machine.no got red LED on.
6.check that small board are properties install in good position in big board location.
7.check that small board must go 1 LED green light always falshing or stable,if got Red LED light on means this board faulty need replace new unit.

The error is 08130 Fuser temperature circuit protection failed. It is related to the Spider PBA. I would recommend calling an authorized service provider on this fault and getting them to look over the connectors to the fuser and the Spider PBA first.

Unfortunately this could be several things. It may be either the controller, Spider PBA or Spider Core. Call an authorized Canon/Oce technician for parts and service since replacement of any of these components requires specialized software that only an authorized service technician will have.

Error Code 15709 is coming frequently... what should i do for this? please do the needful...

This error will be caused by a jamb inside the cutter assembly of the lower roller drawer. Remove the two black Torx screws at the left and right sides inside the lower paper drawer. Next remove the galvanized cover. You should then be able to see the edge of the paper. Grasp it firmly with a pair of needle nose pliers and pull straight up and out. Clear your errors and commence printing.
