Carriege jam on xerox phaser 3100 mfp

I have xrox phaser 3100mfp printer after refilling its tonner my printer always show a error massage on screen called "carriege jam" i called the technician & he told me that i should install a new tonner then only it will work
can u help me guys If there is any other way to solve this problem
bcoze just one month back i have perchased this printer

Fuser problem is that the thermistor can be damaged due to overheating Fuser thermistor or try to replace the entire fuser, clean electrical contacts which could cause malfunction of fuser.Este indicated a specialist to handle this

Just replace the cartridge or refilled. In both case you must put a toner card in slot bottom of control panel.
