My husqvarna diamond keep telling me that it needs to rest. When I touch ok it makes hum the says need to rest. It wouldn't start sewing g

There could be a few different issues that could cause your Husqvarna Diamond sewing machine to display a "need to rest" message and not start sewing. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
Check the machine's power supply: Make sure the machine is plugged in and the power cord is securely connected to both the machine and the outlet.
Check the machine's threading: Make sure the thread is correctly threaded through the machine and the bobbin is correctly installed. If the threading is incorrect, it can cause the machine to stop sewing and display a "need to rest" message.
Check the machine's tension: If the tension is not set correctly, it can cause the machine to stop sewing and display a "need to rest" message. Try adjusting the tension and see if that resolves the issue.
Check for any debris or lint buildup: Lint and debris can accumulate in the machine and cause it to stop sewing. Clean the machine according to the manufacturer's instructions to remove any debris.
If you have tried these troubleshooting steps and the machine is still not sewing, you may need to have it serviced by a professional. It is always a good idea to follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule and have the machine serviced regularly to keep it running smoothly.

Have a Brother Innovis 400, is showing FO4 fault. What is this and is it fixable at home.

"F04" appears on the LCD. ... If error message "F04" appears in the LCD while the machine is being used, the machine may be malfunctioning. Contact your authorized Brother dealer or the nearest Brother authorized service center.

Brother SE-270D shows F04 and it’s not a foot control issue.

Any F messages on the machine indicates that the machine is malfunctioning. You will have to take it to a dealer to have it fixed usually.

My brother NX-600 keeps displaying the code F04, if I switch machine off then on again it will allow me to sew, but then stops showing the F04 message agai.

You need to find out what that particular error code means and address that particular issue. It could be something very simple but frustrating, just the same..

Nx400 error message F04?

I had the problem with the error code F04 and found out that it is your foot pedal for the machine. Unplug it and it should start right up as ours did.You will need to fix or buy a new foot pedal. When they repair and or clean your machine they don't use your foot pedal but they use their own so they will miss the broken foot pedal.

I hope this helps you.

Fo4--What does it mean and where do I find the translations?

F04 is foot control error. It is probably a bad foot control, but it may be the plug in on the machine or a circuit board.

You can run the machine without a foot control for now; just unplug the foot control from the machine and use the Start/Stop button like you would when embroidering.

Before replacing the foot control, you should bring the machine to a Brother shop and try a new control. If the new one works, then the control was the problem.
