If you have a digital control, it is designed to flash "E" on the display to notify you that a problem may have been discovered. Gradient controls and warming throw controls use a blinking indicator light for this purpose.
Follow the instructions on the flag tag to reset the control or follow the steps below.
Unplug the system from wall outlet.
Check that the control is well connected to the module.
Plug the power cord into the wall outlet.
Set the control to "on".
If the system still does not operate, disconnect the power cord and contact sunbeam Sites sunbeam Site
With the Sunbeam blankets that I have owned, FF meant that there was a bad connection somewhere. Have you tried the unplugging and replugging the Controller cord back into the blanket? Make sure it is plugged in GOOD AND TIGHT. If that part is connected as tightly as it can go, you may have a defective element.
Hi. If you have a double or queen size blanket, switch the controls from one side to the other. If the fault follows the control, then the control is faulty. If the fault stays on the same side of the bed, then the blanket may be faulty. Most recent Sunbeam models have 3 years warranty. Once you've checked the controls, if it's under warranty call Sunbeam Customer Service on 1800025059 option 1 to report a warranty issue.
Otherwise: if the control is at fault, a new BL0750 has a recommended retail of $75.20. Get in contact with your local Sunbeam Service Centre via http://www.sunbeam.com.au/Pages/Support/Repairers.aspx
but if all else fails email me as I'm happy to help!
I have the same numbers on my blanket, mine has a PAC-215 controller, I found a couple of them on ebay. Don't know it all blankets have the controller so check the numbers on the back of your controller.
