How can I fix my DVX40 when I turn it on t makes a sound and all I get is the Jazz logo.ive tryed having it sit like this for 15 minutes but it never worked how can this be fixed

Yes. Take the batteries out to make it go off. You did not add the SD card yet, did you. The SD card are tricky also if it comes with an adapter you have to insert the SD card adapter into the bottom of the SD card and insert it into the Jazz to get it to work properly. Instructions are available online with Google search. These are so tiny you won't think it will go in there but it clicks in perfectly when you find the right edge.
