SOURCE: i have a LG ke850 prada and the disk i got with
windows 7 is new software has to catch up.have you looked on disc to see who made the disc usualy a third party. go to their website and ck for windows t software. hope this helps.

The keycode is on a sticker on the CD cover / sleeve if not try looking for it in the box or the manual. I hope this helps.
