I am trying to download webroot to my laptop. I have the keycode but can not find the right web site to download it.

Try THIS site...To find what version of SpySweeper you are using, open the software and click on HELP and then ABOUT. It should show you the version...

SOURCE: i have a LG ke850 prada and the disk i got with

windows 7 is new software has to catch up.have you looked on disc to see who made the disc usualy a third party. go to their website and ck for windows t software. hope this helps.

The keycode is on a sticker on the CD cover / sleeve if not try looking for it in the box or the manual. I hope this helps.

Both Best Buy and Webroot Support can provide you with assistance. The most common cause of Best Buy Keycodes failing is when Best Buy does not activate them at the time of purchase, so checking back with Best Buy should be your first bet. If that does not resolve the issue, Webroot support can be reached in the US at 1-866-612-4268 and various other numbers internationally.

I had to wipe my hard drive and now I need to reinstall my webroot. I have the product key but what do I do?

Webroot customers can reinstall software at no charge any time during the active subscription period. You can request a new copy or upgrade at the Webroot Web site:

Go to http://www.webroot.com/updates/redownload/request.
The Reinstall Software page opens on the Webroot Web site.
From the Product field, click the down arrow and select the product you are using.
In the next two fields, enter your last name and email address. Use the same email address and last name that you used to register your software.
Click Get Updates.

You will receive an email containing your keycode and instructions for downloading your software.

I have the Webroot Spy Sweeper with AntiVirus and every time I try to use it it says I need to put my keycode in. I can not find a keycode in any of my instructions. Please help.

I lost my program and tried to re download from my disk but wont let me

If you have your keycode email that was sent to you when you purchased Spysweeper, simply go to http://www.webroot.com/updates/redownload/index.php and fill out the information requested.

You will be able to download the newest version that you had purchased and do a clean install with the keycode again. The email they send will have step by step instructions and your information included.
