Hi Seandra,
You can reset jobs by
1.clicking the Start (Windows) button.
2. On the right side you will see "Devices and Printers", Click that.
3. Locate the printer that you're wanting to reset and "RIGHT" click it.
4. Select "See What's Printing". A box should pop up showing what jobs if any are in the print que.
5. Click "Printer" up top.
6. Select "Cancel All Documents"

That should clear it up for you.
Any questions or comments please let me know.

Thanks and don't forget to rate:)

I have to reset my datamax i4208 every time I print. I cannot do more than one print job at a time. Help.

I need more information. What system are you using to drive the printer with? If it is a Windows computer it is almost certain to be a faulty/outdated driver.

Job automatically stops

It might be easiest to reset the printing system and then add your printer(s) again. It may be that you have something stuck in the printer queue that is causing the problem.

To reset the printing system in OS X 10.5.x, open the Print & Fax System Preference. Control-click (right-click) in the list of printers on the left side. Choose the option to reset the printing system. You will need to add your printer again after you reset the printing system.

Another possibility is that you may need to reset something from the printer's control panel. The printer may be rejecting your jobs until fault from the previous job is cleared.

How do I cancel a print job sent to the Ricoh Aficio 2018D? It is no longer in my print queue, but printer is still printing all 480 pages

You may have to go to the printer and click on Status or printer jobs and cancel the job from the printer. It appears the printer has the whole job already spooled in memory

How do I clear the memory for the Lexmark c510 printer when I receive a memory full warning?

This is from the service manual, unfortunately there isn't a cold reset, you can perform an EP factory reset in the diagnostic mode, but this won't cure your problem. Investing in some more memory is the best answer
Press Go to clear message
and continue printing job. Job
may not print correctly.
Press Menu to open Job Menu
and cancel current job.
To avoid this error in future:
• Simplify print job by
reducing amount of text or
graphics on a page and
deleting unnecessary
downloaded fonts or
macros.
• Install additional printer
memory.

HP4000 not printing LPT1

Dear sir;I believe you can try " cold reset", that's means going to clear all data from the printer memory and sets all the defaults back to the factory settings.performing a "cold reset" resets the jetDireect configuraion. to avoid making changes to yourconfiguration, remove the jetDirect card before performing a cold reset. if possible, print a configuration page prior to performing a cold reset. this will document current settings for later reference.
to perform a cold reset;
1, turn off the printer.
2, while pressing "go", turn the printer on. COLD RESET appears briefly on the display, then INITIALIZING appears.after a few seconds, RESTORING FACTORY SETTING appears on the display, followed by OFFLINE.the cold reset is complete.
3, press "go" to return the printer online "ready " appearson the display.
Little bit complicated but is easy ,hope can take care your problem, GOOD LUCK! Let me know the resolve please!
HAVE A HAPPY HOLIDAY !!!

Sometimes a job will get caught up in memory. If you've already tried to reset the job from the copier and from your computer, turn the copier off with the main (orange) power switch and unplug it from the network cable and the wall. Wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

2015 network printer

Hello,

Please perform the following:

Unplug the network Cable:

Cold reset A cold reset changes most system parameters in NVRAM to the factory defaults. However, unlike NVRAM initialization, a cold reset does not reset the page count, the paper tray sizes, language, or formatter number.
A cold reset also resets all the HP Jetdirect settings as well as the printer settings. Use the following procedure to perform a cold reset.
  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Press and hold the Go button.
  3. Turn the printer on, and continue to hold the Go button for at least 5 seconds, but not longer than 15 seconds. During this process, the Attention LED turns on.
  4. Release the Go button.
If both the Attention and the Ready LEDs turn on before you release the Go button, you must start the procedure again with step 1.
The printer's LEDs begin cycling. The cold-reset process runs until completion, and the printer returns to the ready state.

Network reset A network reset changes all network system parameters in NVRAM to the factory defaults. During the network-reset process, all button presses are ignored.
Use the following procedure to perform a network reset.
  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Simultaneously Press and hold the Go and Job Cancel buttons.
  3. Turn on the printer and continue to hold the Go and Job Cancel buttons for approximately 10 seconds, but no longer than 20 seconds. During this process, the Attention light turns on.
  4. Release the Go and Job Cancel buttons. The Attention , Ready , and Go lights begin cycling from front to back. After the network-reset process is complete, the device returns to the ready state.
If the Attention and Ready lights illuminate before you release the Job Cancel button, start again at step 1.
Now plug in the network cable and then wait for 5 mins.
Then print a configuration page and check the IP Address.
