The manufacture of the Cooks Essential pressure cooker is Fagor America. You can buy the gasket directly through them. The 8 quart cooks essential uses a 10" gasket.

can you tell me does the 1 and 11 mean low and high or is it the other way round I have a westinghouse crtoc pot Pam 123
