The Element ELEFW328 is not a Smart TV. Thus it doesn't have any built-in network hardware (wired or wireless). You will need to add hardware to send the signal from your AirTV to your Element TV via one of the three HDMI ports. You could get the AirTV Play, AirTV Mini, Roku or other streaming box/stick. Set up this device to talk to your wi-fi and then the AirTV. Alternatively, you could try to mirror your Android or iOS AirTV display on your TV. If the device supports MHL (https://www.startech.com/en-us/faq/mhl-compliance) or Slimport, then you need the appropriate HDMI adapter/converter. Otherwise look at the ChromeCast or similar device to plug into your Element TV.

No, the Element ELEFW328 does not have a Hulu app. This is not a Smart TV and does not support a direct connection to the internet for any streaming service. To get Hulu, you'll need some sort of a set-top streaming box or device. This could be something like the Roku devices, a FireStick or a computer connected to the TV. Connect the device to one of the TV's HDMI port and then connect the device to the your internet (router).

or menu settings ?

what happens with the old remote
does that recognize the new printed board

any control buttons in the frame working

do you have the power source working at specs
and the correct replacement circuit board

Did you go into settings and tune into DTV settings, did the TV look for digital signals ?, if not check out the aerial.

In the main menu look for the channel settings then you should see auto scan

Is the cable connected properly? In settings of the TV have you told it which video input to use to auto find the signals?

there is a crc memory on the video board. it is gone, that's why it cannot remember anything. on some tv unites your problem causes no memory for the picture settings as well. return the tv.
