Look for fuse or circuit breaker. loose connections. if notice nothing plug in and using a volt meter test for voltages on any red wires connection. SOURCE: Dead Epson C84

STOP using the wall outlet to shut off the printer; ALL inkjet printers need to go through a certain shutdown routine which ONLY happens when you use the proper "OFF" button on the printer... You will have to find the user's manual for your printer, or download a new copy from the Epson website... DISCONNECT the printer from the computer, then follow the instructions from the user's manual on how to print a test page (usually requires holding down a certain button while turning the printer on). Again, do this AFTER you disconnect the printer from the computer; the printer is designed to run through a quick self-test under those conditions, and it will attempt to print a test page when it completes the self-test process. If the test page prints successfully, you can shut the printer down, then reconnect it to the computer, and reboot. Your problem should be solved, and you'll know what to do the next time this happens. It would be best if you move the printer to a single power source, one that will prevent you from shutting off the printer unless you use the proper shutdown procedure. Good luck; hope this solves your problem...

SOURCE: WhOW TO REPLACE THE EXPOUSER LAMP IN MINOLTA COPIER EP 2030

It's not very difficult. CAUTION: HIGH VOLTAGE TO LAMP! ***BE SURE TO UNPLUG MACHINE BEFORE ATTEMPTING REMOVAL!
1. Remove 2 silver screws on plate that aligns your original -on left side of glass. (note: if ADF on machine, there will be two small springs under this plate, be careful to keep springs when you remove the plate) 2. Carefully remove glass by lifting slightly and sliding to the front. 3. Grasp carriage with lamp and pull to the right.
4. The lamp is held by tension between two silver lamp terminals. You can press (hard) on the rear terminal toward the back of the machine and the lamp will release and drop onto the reflector. Or, if this is difficult, remove the screw(s) on the black plastic housing that holds the silver lamp terminals. Once loose,
slide the lamp to the rear until you can lift the front up and out.
5. To replace the lamp, USE CAUTION NOT TO TOUCH THE NEW LAMP WITH YOUR BARE HANDS! The oils from your hand can cause problems later. Use rubber gloves or wrap a paper towel around the lamp when handling. Slide the lamp all the way into the rear hole until you can get the front of the lamp into it's hole. Then, maneuver the lamp onto the front terminal
while pressing the rear terminal until it's wide enough to accept the lamp. (or, if you removed the black housing, catch the lamp socket with the terminal then pull the housing toward you until it seats into position where you can reinstall the screws). 6. Replace the glass being careful to get the right side under the two metal spring clips. 7. Reinstall the original stop plate located left of the glass with the two silver screws (and the springs if ADF is attached). 8. Plug it back in, turn it on and away you go.

Try making a copy from the manual by-pass tray. If that works, your problem is with the paper pick up & feed from the paper cassette. Odds are if that is the case you will need new feed rollers. Which clutch did you disconnect? There is reg. & pre Reg. & the developer drive clutch? This is a old copier, you may not find the parts for it. It is a Bear to work on.........
