SMS "RICA" to 31050 from your Vodacom number. Call 111 from your Vodacom number or dial 082 111 from any other phone. You can also check at any Vodacom outlet
if broke or cancelled before contracts end can and usually are penalized or charged for it - read your contract on early cancellation if regular cancel then should have conformation number
Never heard of them, but assuming they have one, Go on their website and see if you can sign on to your account info. If you can, remove your bank info so they can't take anymore out. And/or just Call your bank and have them put a block so they cant take out anymore money out of your account! Good luck!
Probably varies from SP to SP but from what I've heard from stolen-phone victims who did the same:
You first have to log your old phone as stolen with the SP.
Vodacom: apparently you register your new phone with the old number, then user profile and data is automatically transferred.
Another one I was told is to create an account, then transfer data to new phone number.
This is third-party info, as I've never done it myself.
