I have see so much of this problem from these players. When you get so many errors for this CD player/changer the unit is done. Dealers stock these by the hundreds to warranty out. Poor quality and poor quality control.
Some people, very few, have had success with removing the radio and removing the connectors for a few minutes and then reconnecting. This may reset the radio and while on occasion this has worked it is a rarity as the problem is due to component defects deep inside the unit.
Those that opted to send the radio that were not covered by a warranty often payed $300 - $400usd for the repair. The messed up thing is that despite thousands of these needing replaced they were never recalled and they should have been.
Your choices are to have it replaced under warranty if still under warranty.
This means that something in the mechanism is jammed. It keeps on trying to correct for the misalignment- a service technician will need to see the unit.

Most multi disc players initialise by checking each compartment for a disc, checking it will focus and then, like Windows OS, knows if you want a specific disc or whether it is empty.
I would say, that was normal.

Only have it repaired. There's one thing only which you could do, which is to disconnect the stereo's power completely (pull the fuse out), then reconnect it and see if it was just crashed. If no luck though, then this is likely a mechanical issue.
HI. you will need to replace the loading dock motor. once this replacement is done, you will have no problem loading and unloading your media.
This repair will need to be initiated by Bose unfortunately. you will need to send it to Bose.
