From the information you have provided you need to know how to access the drain pump on your Crosley washer. I was unable to locate a step by step instruction sheet on how to access the drain pump. From your parts manual you would need to remove the front panel and it is located directly under the drum. the most common problem on this unit is the rollers, one sits above the heater and the bearing dries out. I provided you with two links one where you can purchase the drum rollers you need two, the other link explains how to access the dryer to repair it.

it sounds like the bearing is going out this is hard to replace you may need to call repair man the motor is under the drum the washer are heavy if under warenty have them come look at it it may be cheaper to replace

No I don't. Also I couldn't find the model on the pull down but the Maytag is 745G model LAT8650AAL

Although I'm not familiar with that particular model, most Maytag washers have the belts under the washer (no need to remove the front panel) --- just tip the washer back and check to see if the belts are underneath.
