To load in a code for my bell remote for my tv I hold down the tv button until it flashes there is only a three digit number to i need to add a 0

The site has set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. The site has general set-up codes to check with TVs and other devices are given, in the order of the 'device's brand name list' in alphabetical order. Set-up code list to many brand remote controls also is given. Pull up older posts. I have provided the instructions on how to program your remote to your TV and addressing the remote to your receiver below. I hope this helps.

Remotes: Basic (Television Only)
  1. Turn the Television On.
  2. Press and Hold the TV Power button for three seconds until the LED flashes.
  3. Enter the three-digit code using the buttons on the number pad.
  4. Press OK. Note: The LED will flash three times.
  5. Test functionality with the TV.
  6. Return to Step 2 if the remote is not able to turn the TV On/Off, change the volume and mute the television.
Remote:
  1. Go to System Info screen.
  2. Hold down the SAT button until all mode lights light up.
  3. Enter a number between 1 and 15 using the numeric keypad on the remote.
  4. Press the pound (#) button.
  5. Once the SAT button blinks three times, press record. Note: If successful, the number selected in step 3 will appear in the System Info screen under Remote Address.

Follow the below instructions closely;

1. In order for this hack to work, you will have to send an infra-red code to your player with a OneForAll remote such as the OneForAll 6 (or URC7560) or OneForAll 4 (or URC7740) or OneForAll 4 Digital, or One For All 5 Digital (or URC 7555) with the following instructions:

* Press the DVD button
* Hold down the Magic button until the unit performs a double LED flash
* Configure your remote using the setup code 0 5 3 3

2. On your DVD recorder, using the official Sony remote, select the System-Menu option
3. On your DVD recorder, using the official Sony remote, select the Setup option
4. On your DVD recorder, using the official Sony remote, select the Options option
5. On your DVD recorder, using the official Sony remote, select the Command-Mode option
6. On your DVD recorder, using the official Sony remote, select the DVD1 option

Dish remote code for Viore 32" HD LCD

Hi, my name is Cheri Torres and I am with DISH Network customer service. I came across your post and wanted to see if I could help. DISHNetwork remotes have a few different codes for each of our different models of remotes.You should be able to find your remote model number on the back at the top ofyour remote it's usually a two to three digit number with a decimal point. Iwill list here for you the best codes for the most common DISH remotes and alsothe instructions for addressing your remote to your TV. The only codes that I was able to find for the Viore TV were for the 5.3 IR remote and the codes are 563 and 500. If these codes do not work you can also try running a channel scan to find your particular code. I will also list here for you the instructions for running a power scan. I hope you find these codes and instructions useful and if you have any further questions or concerns feel free to post back here or email me at [email protected]. :)
Instructions for addressing remote to TV,
  1. Turn the Television On

Instructions for running a power scan
  1. With the desired equipment on, press and hold the TV button down until all the mode lights light up.
  2. Press 500 using the number key pad.
  3. Press the pound(#) button once.
  4. The TV button will blink red three times.
  5. Then again press and hold down the TV button down until all the mode lights light up.
  6. Press and release the big red Power button once.
  7. Press the Up button once every second while pointing the remote at the desired equipment. Keep pressing the up button until the TV turns off until.
  8. AS SOON AS THE TV TURNS OFF Press the POUND (#) button. If the code entered is valid for the remote, the mode light flashes three times.
  9. Try the functionality of the TV to see if the power scan worked.

The codes for Samsung TVs on a Bell remote are:

505, 506, 516, 523, 526, 566,

573, 612, 627, 647, 652, 653,

654, 655, 656, 658, 659, 664,

665, 667, 669, 670, 679, 680,
704, 717, 730, 738

Try each of the above codes in turn until you find the one which works best, i.e. controls most functions. This may be limited to contolling the power, volume and channel functions. I have also pasted the programming instructions for your remote below, in case you need them.

Program your remote control to operate your TV

NOTE: Before you start, locate the remote codes for the TV and write them down.
Follow these steps to program your remote control to work with your TV:

  1. Press and hold the TV button on the remote until the SAT, VCR and AUX buttons light up.
  2. Let go of the TV button. It should start to flash.
  3. While the TV button is flashing, enter one of the 3-digit codes for the TV that you wrote down earlier.
  4. After entering the 3-digit code, press the # button on the remote. If the code was entered successfully, the TV light will flash 3 times.
  5. Try to control the TV's volume and power.
  6. If the remote did not control the TV, simply repeat steps 1 to 5 with another code from the list.
If you tried all the codes provided for the manufacturer, try the following steps to find another code.
  1. Make sure the TV is on.
  2. Press and hold the TV button on the remote until the SAT, TV and VCR buttons light up.
  3. Let go of the TV button. The TV button should start to flash.
  4. Press the Power button on the remote control. The TV button will stay lit.
  5. Press the up arrow on the remote every second until the TV turns off.
  6. When the TV turns off, press the # button on the remote to lock the code. If the scan was successful, the TV light will flash 3 times.
Your remote should now be programmed to work with your TV.

Blinking Back the Code:
  1. PRESS the device,(TV,VCR,CABLE,etc.), button - RELEASE
  2. PRESS and HOLD the SETUP button until the red LED flashes twice, then RELEASE.
  3. PRESS 9 - 9 - 0.
  4. PRESS 1, carefully COUNT the number of blinks. (1st digit)
  5. PRESS 2, carefully COUNT the number of blinks. (2nd digit)
  6. PRESS 3, carefully COUNT the number of blinks. (3rd digit)
If the remote DOES NOT blink it means the number is 0.
This is your 3-digit setup code.

Sony are probably the most protective manufacturer of this kind of information. All manufacturers carrying a DVD logo are obliged to say "no" but will normally intentionally leak this to boost sales, particularly in non-US areas.


But try this:

Program bell expressvu remote for new tv

The easiest way is to do device code scan. Since you want to program the TV, hold the TV button on your bell expressvu remote. When all the top buttons light up, press the power button, the TV button light should remain lit. Keep pressing up/down until your TV turns off. When your TV turns off, press the # button. Thats all. Your done.

If you want to set up the AUX button, hold the AUX button until all the buttons light up. Then press * and either

0 - second TV
1 - second VCR/DVD player
2 - audio amplifier or cable box

Then press the power button and press up/down until the device turns off. The last step is to press # and your done.
