We've got a new adjust card for our evolution coffee maker (the old one was broken). The machine displays "installation number". What number do we have to type in?

The local service told us to enter the serial number they gave us. But it has 10 digits while the machine only demands 8 digits.

The installation number in normaly the serialnumber. you can find this behind the door of the coffee-outlet or behind the door of the brewing-group.

when the number starts with 40 (i think) or higher, you dont have to give in that number. for example 00052304 in stead of 4300052304

the coffee-boiler is not heating up. check the clicksons (push the little red button in the middle of the clickson to rest). heating element can be broken too. btw: the coffee-boiler is littlest boiler.

try ebay. password for card once entered is 1000 or 0001. install cards are only given to franke trained engineers.

Where do I insert card to get readings

if you lower the coffee outlet then pull forward theclear plastic cover over the product menu. there is a slot underneath where the plasic cover clips into place.

Yes you can get a new pump and install it yourself it is easy, but first try descaling machine.
