If you lock your phone again sometime in the future and you're still with the same service provider you can use that same Puk code.. BUT if you've forgotten your pattern code The link below is a YouTube video of a guy showing 3 ways but the 3rd way is a factory reset meaning you loose everything in your phone but the first two ways are worth watching. Are you sure you are using the right PUK? the pin has 4 figures, the PUK is way longer. Both were given together with the SIM. When you used the wrong PIN you can unlock the sim with the PUK code. But the provider from your SIM card, should be able to tell you what PUK goes with your card.
