Good luck finding such a driver. This inexpensive webcam appeared as early as 2005 and a party looking for information then indicated the manufacturer's site was inaccessible. There was a reference made to a CD/DVD which probably came with the webcam. We are talking pre-Windows 10. And the site mentioning your specific web cam was in German and the guy was not even using Windows. I can't even find an image of the web cam, the manufacturer, or even the brand. You might see if Driver Booster, DriverCloud, or Snappy Driver Installer Origin might find a driver for it but I'd have a system restore point set before trying any. If you were provided with a disc with this webcam simply insert it into your windows 7 pc and install the drivers with the webcam connected. That will get your webcam enabled. If you don't have the drivers then let me know the model no. of this webcam.
Congratulation for user of Sony VAIO VGN-FZ11M model: PCG-381M laptop because now they can install windows 7 professional 32bit and use webcam. Sony official website doesn't provide the drivers for windows 7 but if you install VISA drivers, it will work fine except webcam (as might be you knew).
