Cannot delete alarm setting. It beeps every morning at 7:00 am

Look for an alarm button and see if the display indicates that the alarm is off. If no alarm button, you should toggle through the settings until you see the alarm settings. As you toggle through, the alarm should be turn off. For more help, please provide your manufacturer, make and model of what you need help with.

Can't shut off alarm totally. It goes off every day. How do I shut it off.

Push the "alm/date" button to display the date instead of the alarm time. If the date is displayed on the LCD, the alarm will not sound.

I have model RMR682--Want to disable the Alarm--Please advise

The ice warning is normally only on channel 1. Just set wireless sensor to channel 2 or 3, then select that same channel to display on the base unit.
If you don't ever want to use the ice warning feature, then use channel 1 for a sensor that's situated indoors, then hope you never hear it!!!

I have a model 265NC National Geographic Weather station and the outside info doesn't register are there batteries in the outside unit?

Sometimes the weather brings us surprises. For example, it is sunny in the morning bet when you leave your office, it is snowing outside. So, it can spoil our evening. In such cases, snow day finder is necessary because it can warn you about future weather changes.

I love my radio and she is always there for me..til just the other day..no warning lights..i cant get it to speak the weather ..yes even with the radio on..i can go thru the menu to get the alarm to test...

Good morning, afternoon, evening or night; whatever time of day you're reading this. Thank you for choosing FixYa to solve your problem. Your problem is that your weather radio is not giving you updates and your warning lights are not coming on when there's a severe weather warning? I am first going to tell you to check your S.A.M.E code to make sure you have it programmed for your county. If this is correct, I don'there's anything wrong with your radio. I think, the problem might be your county/area's transmitter tower. If your county/area's transmitter tower is near one the states that have been recently attacked by tornadoes or severe weather, the transmitter tower may be out of service. You say you live in Georgia, so further in this explanation I will give you the NWS's (National Weather Service's) weather radio programming information website for your state. This will give you information for every county in your state including which transmitters are out of service if any. If the tower for your county is out of service, check a county that's near your area to see if their tower is out service. http://www.nws.noaa.gov/nwr/Maps/PHP/georgia.php gives you all the NWR stations in your state. Click on your county and it will show you a map of their broadcasting area. If it's not out of service, program that county's S.A.M.E code into your radio. You should also change the frequency channel to that same county as well.

You may also want to check your antenna to make sure it's connected properly and fully extended. The National Weather Service has certain criteria that a storm must follow in order for them to sound the alarm. I assure you that the lights will come on when the radio is giving you a warning. To find out more information about this, log on to this website -http://www.nws.noaa.gov/nwr/nwrwarn.htm. I hope you get your radio back up and running as soon as possible. You can always go on the National Weather Service's website as well, to get weather updates for your area. I hope you are safe this Severe Weather Season and Thank you for choosing FixYa as your one-stop solution spot for your problems. Have a good day, evening or night; whatever time of day you are viewing this solution.
