I got locked out of my iPhone 4. I think I hit Find my Phoneaapp by Mistake.ijust need to get Back in my Phone.

Well, so long as you have access to the computer that you sync the phone with then this isn't too hard. What you need to do is hook the phone up to that computer that you sync the phone with to back it up for photos, contacts, data, etc... then press and hold both the home and power buttons at the same time, the display will shut off and the device will begin to boot, when you see the apple logo on the screen release the power button, but keep holding the home button for another 5-10 seconds. iTunes will then pop up a dialoge box that it has detected a iPhone in reset mode, hit the "ok" button and it may tell you that you need to download the latest version of iPhone software to update the phone, allow it to do so (usually takes about 15 minutes or so, depend and upon your connection speed with your ISP), after it does that it should wipe the phone and reinstall iOS and you should be good to go.

If you have never synced it with a computer it could be a lot more difficult as you may have an iCloud lock on the device, which isn't so bad if you know your iCloud password, but if you don't, can still be reset, but can be more complicated and time consuming, but hopefully you don't have to go there.

You need to go to your settings >General>Auto Lock and then set the amount of time you want to have before your phone locks. This should help.

i figured it out! i was wondering if it was something like the ipods where you have to hold the middle button and the menu button, and it is! you hold the menu button and the sleep button til it shuts off!
