Need to ship our Ride on Thomas Train and track. Does any one have the dimensions/weight of Ride on Thomas package including track please?

Use your bathroom scales. Weigh yourself holding the package and then weigh yourself without the package; the difference is your answer. Use a tape measure to measure the dimensions of the package.
If in the UK I would use Parcelforce for delivery.

Our new Dometic DM2852 will not stop running. Help!

Old solution from a forum but it get sense.
Citation: "It seems like there could be several possibilities:
1. Refrigerator is struggling to keep cool - maybe because of high outside temp, maybe bad seals, maybe other issues. Fan runs all the time because the back of the frig is hot.
2. Refrigerator is cooling ok, but fan runs all the time because there's poor ventilation on the back - maybe vents are blocked in some way.
3. Refrigerator is cooling ok, but fan runs all the time because it has a defective or improperly adjusted ventilation thermostat (that controls the fan).
4. Refrigerator is cooling ok, but fan runs all the time because Dometic did not include a thermostatic control on this model.

I'd suggest checking the manual or calling Dometic to ask about #4. If there is a thermostat controlling the fan, it may be covered under the Dometic warranty (which might be longer than 1 year)."

I have a new keystone hideout with dometic single zone lcd thermostat when i put it to furnace the ac fan comes on at same time but when furnace reaches temp. ac fan just keeps blowing cool air?

Obviously wired wrong. I will assume it is still under warranty? If you only recently picked unit up, I would also question the quality of the PDI performed. ( Pre Delivery Inspection) Have you tried to contact dealer you purchased it from?

Try googeling Camping world ,Adventurerv ,or best rv and truck supplies ,these are all in the USA who deliver to Australia.I usually find that it is much cheaper to buy parts like this from the US even with the delivery charge.

My Dometic AC is mounted on a sloped roof (as are a lot today). However in humid weather when the AC is putting out a lot of water, the fast speed of the fan pulls water out of the evaporator pan and...

Clean air filter and evaporator coil periodically. And also insulate tightly for the pipelines including drain pipe also. The heat hose observe the water over the pipelines and evaporate. Thanks and helpful?

Dometic refrigerator does not cool?

You need to check the Condenser coils, these are copper coils of tubing usually located on the back of the unit near the ground. They need to be free of all dust and grease to work at maximumefficiencyand it is recommended to clean them every 6 to 10 months. If those coils are already clean, the next thing to do is check the evaporator fan(The fan inside the unit). See if it's running. If it's not, check the coils behind it. If the coils are frozen up then you probably have to change out the fan motor. If they aren't frozen up then there may be a refrigerant leak or a bad compressor*. In order to legally reclaim, recharge, or test refrigerants you need a special certification2_bing.gif from the EPA. If you need to do so I recommend you call in a certified technician.
If the lights, fans, and compressor aren't working at all, check your fuse/breaker box to see if anything is tripped or blown.
If the lights are on but nothing is working, The thermostat may be having problems.
*To replace the compressor you need to reclaim and recharge the refrigerants from the system.

Dometic RM7291L not effectively cooling on 240V but fine on gas

On the back of the unit, at the bottom, there should be a panel that is removable. Inside should be a fan, the condenser coil, and the compressor. The fan has to be constantly blowing air over the condenser coil, to dissipate the heat (which it is essentially being removed from the refrigerator by the compressor)

When the entire fridge stops cooling, one of three things have happened. The fan isn't removing the heat from the coil, or the compressor isn't compressing the freon, or the freon has somehow leaked out of the system. If it is the fan, you have an easy do it yourself repair. If it is the compressor or the freon, you will probably (but not necessarily) need a professional.

Inside the fridge, there is a coil that is cold instead of hot. A fan must continually blow over that one too, to circulate the air over the cold coils. The fan usually only works when the doors are closed, so be sure to have the door switch pressed to "shut" when checking it.

Check those and post back. And, I know... it really is Dometic.

FAN SHUTS OFF BUT COMPRESSOR KEEPS RUNNING - 6 MONTHS OLD

Depending upon the model of your air conditioner, this may be normal operation.

My newer Dometic air conditioner will run the compressor in a "reverse" mode without the fan occasionally in order to heat the coils. This is done to defrost the coils. After the frost is gone, the fan switches back on and everything goes back to normal.

UNIT ICEUP AFTER ONE HALF HOUR OF OPERATION

before you figure it's out of freon- there are coil cleaners you can get at a air condition contractor store. you should clean both the inside and outside coils. make sure both fans are running (in & out)
