Hmm seems like the phone is having an issue with its own internal storage try seeing if the phone connects with your pc by USB and try to place files such as music onto the device if it doesnt let you it seems the internal storage for the phone is corrupted and the device may need to be reset if it fails to reset the device is defective and needs replacing

go to messages delete all ur old messages u dont need and do the same for all email acct
