Not sure about the Alba voice recorder, but if you plug it into your PC and it shows up as a removeable drive, you can use any sort of data recovery program for USB sticks or flash drives. It should allow you to recover any deleted files.

Sorry for a late reply but chances are high to recover your deleted files.

First things first: DO NOT take any more videos or audio with the recorder that you want to recover files from in case you may quite possibly ruin your chances of voice memo file recovery.

Then connect your device to a PC, and have a try of Photo Recovery (also recover audio, voice memos, video files etc), a data recovery program which is good at recovering media files lost. If you are Mac OS X users, turn to Data Recovery for Mac.

Lastly, I hope you good luck. Again you should remember - the more you use your recorder, the less likely you may be able to recover the deleted files back! So STOP using the device ASAP. Regards

When printing a label on brother QL-1050 printer comes up with error "Either BOF or EOF is true or the current record has been deleted Requested operation requires a current record" I have removed...
I solved this problem by pressing "Control N" to bring up a new label. Works fine that way.
This is the answer Brother gave when I called them:

Description of Problem 100000003722
When I click print I receive the error message: Either BOF or EOF is true, or the current record has been deleted.
Description of Solution 200000004488
This error message occurs when you print a label that has no record in the database table.
To avoid this error message, click on Database menu, select Create New Record.

I delete file`s that i still needed
you can't recover files that may have been permanently deleted, unless the device has a Recycle Bin like a desktop computer.However, there are certain devices that come with a .trashes folder where deleted files are stored. yuo can recover them through that.
