not a problem for fixya site
you have to contact the supplier direct by phone , state that you specifically paid for 1 day delivery and it has not yet arrived and is is the 21st december , one day over due
Orders usually go into a shopping cart. Sometimes there is only a chance to remove items or modify quantities after arriving at the checkout.
Often it is simpler to use the wish list facility instead of putting stuff straight into the shopping cart.
If you can't modify your order then either simply don't complete by paying for it or cancel it and start again.
Customer services might be able to help further.
If all else fails you should be able to return unwanted goods, though as you "ordered in error" it is likely to cost you postage.
You are correct. If a part of hte order is missing, this is a Tiger Direct issue. This site is designed to provide technical assistance with the working of the item. Fixya is in no way associated with the purchase or sale of any products. Please take this issue up with Tiger Direct customer service.
Should you have any technical problems, please do not hesitate to ask in this forum.
Products sold thru Amazon and other resellers usually offer limited technical assistance and will replace your item within 15-30 days. Now since this was bought last December, you now need to contact the manufacturer. Contact information is located in its original packaging so its important that you still have it. Some manufacturer's does not honor repair or return if not on original packaging. Be ready with your serial number as this will be their way to trace your account with them.
However, if you don't have the original packaging, try using Google to check the contact information of the manufacturer. At this point, you might need to pay for the return shipping cost or even pay for a box.
I checked with the Beastro Bandanas company as I found this "problem" and was concerned about ordering. They explained to me what occurred and the difficulty they had in resolving your problem.
After several communications from you and responses from them, that you did not respond to, in particular asking you for the specific items that were missing and explaining they do not have telephone customer service and you were only calling a message service.
Once they received a response from you that explained which items you were missing, they were shipped the next morning (10/23) and based on the USPS delivery confirmation scan arrived to you on (10/26.) I have to agree with them, this could have been resolved much sooner if you would have taken the following approach.
Set and assumption of foul play, anger, threats and demands and rather assume they want to fix the problem.
Utilize the communication tools provided, as they will get the best response. That is why they are there and in the policies for contact.
Spell out the problem, with specifics (missing items is not fixable without knowing which items)
Wait a reasonable amount of time for a response (as indicated in company policy statements.)
Monitor, read and respond to communication back to you.
Escalate the issue only if the company does not respond (in a reasonable amount of time and according to there published policy) or do respond that they will not fix the issue.
My order went perfectly, and I believe had your initial message or email said I am missing Bandanas X, Y and Z. they would have sent them out right away.
After reading your posted comments regarding all the different problems with the front loader. I located the problem with the door latch activator similar to your car door light switch. As it ages/wears down it just disappears to the inside of the mount leaving no indication it is even there. As suggested in the comment on your forum you can place a small object inside the plastic switch to simulate the missing knob or possibly run a bypass electrically.
The part is only $56 and is readily available at dealers. My problem was I ordered it online and am still waiting for this to arrive even after they assured me from the order desk it was in shipping mode! Hmmmmm!!!!
