How to turn off the Incognito

http://www.wikihow.com/Turn-Off-Private-or-Incognito-Browsing

The answer depends upon which browser you are using. Note that there are alternative browsers which may exert more control over private browsing. Some are fast, some are annoying. You might find NitroBrowser interesting or Chromium Iron.

I can't open some apps i.e. Walgreens without turning off private browsing. How do I turn that off?

On an Mac or Laptop
Close the Private Browsing window, switch to a different Safari window that isn't using Private Browsing, or choose File > New Window to open a window that doesn't use Private Browsing.

On an iPhone or iPad
Tap the "Safari" icon on the home screen to load the Safari browser. Swipe down on any Web page to display the address bar and navigation buttons. Tap the Panels icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. The Panels icon resembles two small overlapping squares. Tap "Private" to disable private browsing. The device will then prompt you to select whether you want to close or keep open existing Web pages.

Private messaging

private message? Apple has never added a private message feature unless you are talking about iMessage. if iMessage is the problem then just check setting for messages in settings and sign in and if you are signed in then check if it says waiting for activation. if it doesnt say that then a restore would help or make sure that iCloud is set up right. a restore would be last resort

Stopping browsing history

Step 1:
Stop Web History on Internet Explorer b> Every time you visit a website, the web address, date and time of your visit is recorded in your Web browser history. The length of time this information is saved varies depending on what browser is used. If privacy is a concern, popular browsers such as Firefox and Internet Explorer offer enhanced privacy features that allow you to prevent your browser history from being stored.

Update your Web browser to the latest version of the product. Browser updates often include important security patches. Automatically clear your browser history each time you exit. In Firefox, this option is located under "Tools" and "Options." Select the "Privacy" tab and check the box marked "Always clear my private data when I close Firefox." If you're using Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" and "Internet Options" and check "Delete browsing history on exit." Use private browsing if your browser supports it. Private browsing prevents your browser from storing any information about your browsing history, including cookies, temporary Internet files and history. Pressing CTRL+Shift+P on your keyboard will activate private browsing mode in both Firefox and Internet Explorer. It can also be accessed in Firefox by clicking "Tools" and selecting "Start Private Browsing," and in Internet Explorer by clicking "Safety" and selecting "InPrivate Browsing." Private browsing must be activated each time you open your browser.
