reset it somewhere to push a few buttons together by reboot or start this will maybe the tablet goes booting in a bios factory mode with Chinese symbols like a Polaroid smartphone.
We need to know what is doing exactly in order to get the proper help. But if it get stuck in the boot, or it's in a bootloop after a hard reset, then you should flash a new firmware. That should fix it without a doubt. If, and only if, it still have problems booting up, then you have what its call a hard brick, meaning that there is a problem with a hardware, probably the processor or any of the motherboard component.
Hi, I've had 2 of these before i got rid of them. I had to get my friend whose great with computers go in from his pc to open mine, so i could wipe the data before returning. If you call polaroid.com they can give you the steps to do this. Unfortunately it is fried, it may work awile after you get it open, but mine didn't. Hope this helps . I also found out this tablet is a starter tablet like something you buy for your kids 1st tablet. Good luck. JMF
Your tablet's battery is probably dead. This may be because you have a bad battery, a bad charger, or a bad charging cable. Try using a different cable first and let it charge for a few hours - even if it doesn't look like it is charging.
If the new cable doesn't do it, try using a different charger. Samsung devices are picky about what charger you use, so try to use one made for your tablet. If you don't have another charger, plug it into a PC's USB port with the PC turned on. Leave them on and plugged in over night. That should trickle charge your tablet.
If neither of those work, try holding down the power and the Volume Up buttons. Keep them both pressed until the Samsung logo/boot screen comes up - should only be a couple seconds. Once the logo comes up release the power button but keep holding the Volume Up button. That will boot you into Recovery Mode. If that comes up, it means you've got power and your tablet isn't broken, but there is something wrong with the Android OS that is keeping your tablet from powering up normally. Use the Volume Up and Down buttons to move the selection highlight to the Factory Reset option. This will wipe all the info off your tablet and put it back into a "brand new just out of the box" state. You'll lose your information on the tablet, but this should fix the boot problem. Press the power button to chose the Factory Reset option. It will take a few minutes. Once it says that it is done, select the Reboot or Restart option. It should reboot. This boot will take longer than normal, since its wiping things out. But not more than a few minutes.
I'm actually haveing the same problem with the Emerson 4.3 tablet, which is basically a clone ofthe Polaroid 4.3. When I figure out the awnser I will make sure to come back and inform you on intructions! :) ~Tim Silence
