hopefully you're using XP...easy solution....use the usb cord that came with the camera;plug into camera usb port;plug other end into usb port on pc/laptop;turn camera on..."found new hardware" wizard should pop up asking for cd with driver etc.;tell the wiz you want to choose driver from a list....a list of manufacturers will be on left/models on right...don't look, Moultrie ain't there, but GENERIC is...choose Generic;scroll down right column to find imaging devices;choose...a warning that it" may not be compatible...;ignor and choose...it will work and you'll get a prompt that hardware is ready to use...go to start/my computer/double click on drive id'd as "digital cam drive;MOULTRIE CAM, OR HOWEVER YOUR COMPUTER ID'S IT;a folder will pop up;double click;a sub-folder;double click,ect.,until you see the pics. According to Moultrie you can try a hard reset.
Take out batteries, and SD card, hold on button for 2 min.
Replace batteries and try, haven't tried it yet, but will
