The needle may be bent or the needle has been installed incorrectly. If neither are the solution, then the needlebar has probably been knocked out of alignment. You may find instructions on the internet for take it for service.

When trying to sew, the needle is hitting the presser foot and if i take the presser foot off the needle hits the stitch plate...whats happened as it was sewing perfectly before....

Sounds like the needle bar has been knoceked out of adjustment. Take it for service. It will never work in its current condition and is dangerous should the needle break and hit you in the face,

I have a Riccar 500FA. The upper thread will not pick up the bobbin thread. I have oiled, cleaned, checked the needle installation, the bobbin installation and the needle is brand new.

needle/hook timing needs adjustment
accredited service agent can fix or any sewing machine service shop should be able to do the job

Need manual instructions for Riccar 2910 need help with bobbin, threding machined and tension setting and bobbin holder.

You may be better off going to google and search "riccar 2910 manual" That way you can follow their detail dorections rather then someone elses and it confuse you. Usually the PDF versions have pictures with it :-)

Frequently, while I am sewing, the needle hits something below the guide plate and gets stuck. I have to remove the guide plate and then the needle will release. What is the problem with my machine?

If the needle gets stuck with no thread, The needle is hitting something. Could be needle not up all the way or something needs adjusting. If it gets stuck with thread. It is probably an upper thread tension or threading issue.

RICCAR 2925, I BOUGHT A RICCAR YESTERDAY AND I HAVE NO MANUAL. I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO THREAD IT, AS WELL AS I NEED A MANUAL.

2925 uses the same needle plate as 2910 and that manual is available at Riccar.com as a PDF file. I could email that file as I just downloaded it.
