Daughter set a password on her AT&T Gophone.The, she forgot what the PW was and now is locked out of her phone. Anyway to bypass the PW?

If you have forgot your phone's security password then you have to restore the phone by long pressing power and volume up button after switching off the phone. It will take you to a screen where you can choose to factory reset your phone. Click OK and it's done. It will look like the photo given below

hard reset

i think you can do it from "safe mode" anyway shut the computer down, turn it back on and hit F8 choose safe mode. wait till the logon screen appears..there should be no username/password.

Right click "MyComputer" scroll to manage, Expand "Local Users/Groups", Open "Users", Right click your daughters account name, Reset Password/Set Password

hopefully that helps...if not then you may need to use a crack cd to get in...google "Winternals" or "Spotmau"
