Black image unit, Is the black image unit OEM or third party? Remove the unit and replace. is the Toner OEM? or third party? remove and replace with OEM parts. Open close front door to reset code. If comes back get a tech out to look at could be a bad Sensor.
Sampath: According to Mike Roark on FixYa.com: "This error means abnormal tonder density in the black image unit take the black image unit out and shake it while holding it level and put it back in the machine. To reset the error code leave the machine on and open then close the front door"

An abnormal operation accurs when an interupt copy is made (copy print job 1). Estmated defective par Overall control board (OACB).
I have 5 biz hub 654s. There is no "utility" hardware button. Instead, open the front cover (marked "biz hub 654") - switch off the main power - white switch in an orange rectangle. Wait 30 secs. Flip back on- then QUICKLY close the door while holding down the yellow RESET button. "Trouble reset" appears - tap it - OK appears below it. Use main power to power down. Wait 30 seconds. Power back up. Works every time.
This means you need to replace the drum unit but if the print quality is ok you can reset the counter and avoid outlaying the money for a new one.
Simply open the front door and hold down the button until the lights flash, close the door and the drum counter is reset.
COF32 means the ATDC sensor has detected some unusually high or low readings. The ATDC sensor measure the toner lever inside the developer unit. Try swithcing on/off, open/close the front door to clear the code. If this doesn't work, you'll need an engineer to reset the ATDC level.
