My Samsung galaxy 2 tablet keeps restarting itself while i'm in the middle of something . why ? how can I fix this problem ?

Try a factory reset.

there is no possible way to remotely restart a tablet but there is a way to do it press and hold the power key for about five seconds and this will force the tablet to turn off or reboot the android system and it should be fine however if it freezes again this can be an issue with the android system itself and the tablet will need to be reset (resetting android for some tablets: press and hold the power and volume down (or volume up) key and this will boot to recovery mode for some others say like samsung press the power volume up (or down) along with the home key to go into recovery mode)

most likely you didn't, cause the game froze. may just need to restart the game.

Go and search it on the Play Store and manually install it.

If it fails try searching on google for an apk of google services and install it on your device.

try a full factory reset
sounds like a bug on the device

Most Android issues are easily fixed by just restarting your tablet/phone/etc.
If you get an error message, if it becomes too laggy or anything unusual, restart your device.

If you still have the issue, then it may be something more serious!

Good day. I''m afraid you might have accidentally got the Operating System of your Samsung Tab corrupted. Im referring to your firmware. Usually if the firmware upgrade failed you need to retry it until it be successful. If you restart it or discontinue the process it will cause your Samsung Tab to be corrupted resulting into failure of the boot up process. You might need to contact samsung tech support for this or bring your equipment to the nearest center. They might need to check the software install and usually their software specialist will fix it for you. Sorry for what happen with your tab but i know the samsung repair center can fix it for you.
