Need new knobs, they crumbled off of my Euro-Pro convection toaster oven TO161. Where can I get them

I know I am really late... but I just called 1-800-798-7395 and got customer service. I told them that I just bought my toaster over the other day and two knobs are missing. The knobs usually cost but since my oven is new, they are sending a set of three knobs out right at no charge! I hope this helps someone if they have this problem! :)

Thank you for the information. I called the same number, they are on backorder, but they are sending them out to me free as soon as they have them back in stock! I appreciate the information!
My grandma's knob broke. I went to the URL on the bottom of the oven and it redirceted me to Shark. Love their stuff by the way. Googled and found this site. Thanks for the number. Called. They are going to send out new knobs free of charge. My GM has had the oven for almost a year.

I called this number as well, and they are sending a complimentary set of all three knobs as they realize how defective they are...and here's the parts number for the kit of all three knobs as this model is no longer being manufactured. # 140KDS.
The knobs are alright. The heating coils don't turn red,so I can't use it for a toaster or broiler.
