How old is the scooter? 2 Bleeps indicates low battery voltage, and such, require replacement. When you are in reverse, the current draw is a lot less than when going forward, just like not being sat on the scooter too. As soon as any real load is applied to the scooter, the power will drop down below 16v and will cause a controller trip (2 bleeps) However, this could also be caused by bad battery connections, either inside the battery box, or where the contacts meet on the bottom of the pack - onto the chassis. Check for discoloured pins / connections.

DIAGNOSTIC FLASH CODES
The diagnostic flash codes for your scooter are designed to help you perform basic troubleshooting quickly and
easily. A diagnostic flash code will flash from the status LED in the event one of the conditions listed below
develops.
NOTE: Your scooter will not run unless the flash code condition is resolved and the scooter has been
turned off, then turned back on.
Any electromechanical device occasionally requires some troubleshooting. However, most of the problems that
may arise can usually be solved with a bit of thought and common sense. Many of these problems occur because
the batteries are not fully charged or because the batteries are worn down and can no longer hold a charge.
FLASH CODE CONDITION SOLUTION
! (1) Battery charge is low. Charge batteries as soon as possible.

Batteries are too low to operate the
scooter.
Charge batteries.

The scooter’s battery voltage is too
high to operate the scooter, or the
charger is still connected to charger
port.
Unplug charger and/or turn key off, then
back on again.

Turn the scooter off for a few minutes,

The manual freewheel lever is in the
(forward) freewheel position.
Remove the key from the key switch,
then push the manual freewheel lever to

If your batteries have ever gone dead, they can show fully charged, then completly discharge very rapidly. Take them to autozone and ask for a "load test". If they don't hold a load, replacement is nessary. [email protected] for more if the batteries pass load test
