try to upgrade the latest firmware for the router and that would fix this problem, if u have any other wireless device operating in the same frequency of your router, try to swich off your other devices and check, if still the same, replace the product..

I solved this problem by:

1) First, uninstalling the device using the Device Manager. (I.e., control panel --> System icon --> Hardware tab --> Device Manager button. The device is located under Portable Devices. For me it had a name like MTP Device -- I don't recall the exact name. Right click on the device and select Uninstall from the pop-up menu.)

2) Second, I disconnected the player physically from the PC.

3) Third, I followed the PD-6070 FAQ page instructions (found at http://www.mymusix.com/) entitled Q: How to recover my player's firmware?

The PD-6070 player is now detected properly and my daughter is very happy!

its not supposed to do that,read your manual,it only reads memory cards,,it plays dvds

This is indicative of a failed/failing lcd screen. If under warranty return to manufacturer. If not probably cheaper to replace.
