Well does doing the intel reset work;
hold power for 10 full seconds and release
cured?
next drop that nasty old huge battery off the bottom of PC
remove ac power pack. for 15minutes
then put back only AC power pack and hold power button for 10 full seconds and RELEASE IT.
WORKS OK NOW?

you should be able to go to their website and select support and download the manual for your model number.

no one sell laptop's motherboard for consumer. it's supplied together with all other parts as a laptop. it's called branded.

Check to see if it the driver and software is install.
