You have to reset the set electronics to erase all prior settings. Look for reset button on unit or contact Hsense. Also, in the settings area for internet there may be an area for a totally new network.
Don't know that much about Hisense but other brands when you connect to your modem you will have to pair the tv and it up with your wep password. Tv should ask you all of this in set-up screen.
As long as your source & connecting cable are good, most likely issue is the MAIN PCB. unable to locate any parts without, model#, you might contact HISENSE with the model#
