hi just change motor brushes and go to service menu(by clearing and pressing pause button) press speed up button and go to system communication check it will tell everything on there let me know
FET Stuck on Error / Err 5 - This error is probably caused by the driver transistor on the motor controller is detected to be shorted out. The fix is replacing the motor controller.
This error shows up if motor controller detects a failed part. This isn’t a reset-able error. Treadmill will not allow workouts until serviced. Solution Main motor wires/leads could be disconnected at the start of a workout. If the motor is properly connected and in working condition then the drive transistor could have failed. Check Motor Controller.
