I thing you need to direct your question to the Duluth News Tribune by email. Not this site "FixYa!" which offers answers to people with faulty appliances etc.
Before you can expect an answer, you have to fully specify the question. I can give you the answer to the daily jumble in my hometown newspaper, but I sincerely doubt it's the same answer to the jumble you're asking about.
You must try with reinstalling the Operating System first as it may be the problem with it. If the issue still exist's then you can go for the replacement. If there is issue with Software of the notebook it will be get resolved in one hour time span...... you must try this .
