We've had a whirlpool tub with jets for 2 years. About a year ago, the jets stopped working--i.e. you push the button and nothing. Whe have it hooked up to one of those cool water circulator things that continually heats the water as long as the jets are working but now that's useless too. The powerstrip running to the heater part underneath the tub is on so we know that it's good to go as soon as the jets are fixed. Any tips on how to diagnose/fix this?

Check behind the access door for a air tube that goes from motor switch to button if either side has come off you have to re attach it just cut off 1/4 inch of the tube before you do. that will make it fit tighter

The problem you are experiencing tells me that the air switch in the motor most likely the problem.
This is a latching air switch that operates when the button on the side of the tub is pushed.
The replacement TBS-339 air switch is around $21

You have a bad neumatic switch. Or a small hole in the air line. Try pushing the button fast and hard to see if it will stay on. if so , it is a hole in the tube. if not it is your neumatic switch

Aqua glass jetted tub quit working

Hello. There are two reset buttons in the mechanical space or your tub. You should be able to access that area from the front by removing a few screws. it is not uncommon to have to push those reset buttons after a power outage. If you do need a repair I recommend that you call a store that sells hot tubs as they will have a technician on staff or be able to guide you to one. Regards, Joe

Can not get the jets to work

Most of the control buttons on a tub are not electrical. These buttons are connected to an air line that runs to the motor. Sometimes an aggressive button push can literally blow the air line right off of the bottom of the button.
This problem is as easy to fix as it sounds. Find the loose air line and push it back onto the button. You will need to open up your access panel. Bring a flashlight.
Be sure to check the connection at the motor too. Good luck

My bathtub jacuzzi wont work. I reset the circuit breakers but nothing. I filled the tub but nothing comes out of the jets

make sure you have power to outlet that motor is plugged into,if so try pushing jet button in tub about ten times in a row quickly then on tenth push use as much force as possible and hold.if this does not work, air hose from back of button to pump motor may be disconnected.
