* Step 1 Pull the latches back and open the cover until you hear a click.

  • Step 2 Tear off the first ten inches of the labels and liner.
  • Step 3 Place the label roll between the holders.
  • Step 4 Drape the supply across the labeler and position it in the center over the peel bar.
  • Step 5 Close the cover.
  • Step 6 Hold the trigger down while holding the labeler upside down.
  • Step 7 Feed label strip over the roller and into the large slot under the arrows.
  • Step 8 Hold the strip in place and squeeze the trigger eight times, until the labels feed through the rear exit.
  • Step 9 Remove and discard any loose labels.

Http://www.theretailerscatalog.com/howto.asp has a link to a video clip on how to do this.
I know that sometimes that written steps and documentation, though helpful to some, is not as helpful where video can step in. Towards the top of the page, there is a video link, click that. Then click on the 1130 link and you should have what you need.

    Error #756

I haven't worked on Paxar products, but the manual directions seem reasonably complete, with drawings. (PDF pages 17-22 provide the basic directions; the following pages give directions for special media types and options.)

    Error #756 = "Load Supplies"

I deduce from this that somehow you missed the paper detector when you loaded the supply strip. This is probably the "die cut sensor" referenced on page 2.3 (PDF page 19, shown in drawing on the next page). Make sure the strip feeds through the detector slot.

Monarch 9825 Thermal Label Printer: my monarch 115 pricing gun, the numbers reels gett...

You may wish to have Avery Dennison, the folks that purchased Monarch/Paxar, to service your printer.

Their phone number is 1-800-543-6650 and ask them the correct address for service. Your bands may be getting too loose, and need to be replaced. If it is something that they can instruct you to take care of, they can sell you the bands and provide instruction.
