Richard?
I have provided you a website that may help.
There has been a recall since 2013. Here below is the website.
My advice. Contact Gree. Be persistent and kind. Customer Support Reps, being people, can do wonders sometimes when they are treated kindly.

Answer below, POOR ANSWER!
"....My advice. Contact Gree. Be persistent and kind. Customer Support Reps, being people, can do wonders sometimes when they are treated kindly..."
In theory, sure. However if contacting Gree regarding "why havn't you received your promised Recalled refund check", it won't matter how nice you speak to the Gree recall customer service.
Why you ask? Because you will NOT be speaking with Gree at all. Instead, the people that answer the phones actually work for a company called Stericycle. Stericycle is a vendor that Gree hired to process recalled dehumidifiers, in order to avoid angry callers asking why their promised refund checks are not being mailed to them. I know this how? Because several qualified dehumidifiers were processed in early February 2019. Kits were then mailed to me for data completion and the machines manufacturer sticker and electrical cord to be enclosed, then mailed back to them. Weeks later Gree (Stericycle) verified their receipt, were processed, and approved for refund checks that were supposed to be mailed out 8 weeks from when they received the returned kits from me (Feb. 20, 2019). Guess what? It's June 15 and still no checks!!! My friendly demeanor continues to get the same answer.... "we really don't know why Gree has stopped mailing out checks to people; You're not alone"
