Be sure you are asking about the correct Model number and name, ok?

Here is a link for someone selling that model on eBay.

Maybe you can contact her/him and ... who knows?

Sometimes a person just for no good reason at all, can help.

Who knows?

Where can I find a replacement balance weight for the stylus arm on a Anders Nicholson 2655MMO turntable, cassette, CD player/recorder?

Balance weights can be removed and replaced easily. However when you say it snapped off, that could mean damage to the arm.
If everything is OK with the weight and you still have it, perhaps the weight could be "bodge" back into place. Perhaps with Blue Tack? If after all you can get the arm to balance correctly and apply the correct pressure to the stylus it doesn't really matter how the weight is attached does it? It might take a bit longer to set up correctly, but you might save some money if it needs a complete arm just to replace the weight!

Need manual for 2655MO

I couldn't find any link to a manual, but I have a possible solution: install Audacity on your computer (a free audio recording/playback program) and use that to play your records. There is a forum question addressing at least part of your situation: Audacity Forum • View topic - HOOKING UP/CONFIGURING A NEW USB ...

I need phongraph needle

If you look at the cartridge it should have a make and model number on it. If you put that into Google the stylus should show up.
