alot of 4g phones can't be changed from 1 carrier 2 next, check with ststraight talk & c if they can't convert.my daughters 4g phone couldn't go to page plus, which has chest unlimited plan of all others.verizon carries 4g but little higher, but bout same as straight talk,so talk to them.If ur phone can be converted, take it to kiosk or dealer that does work on straight talk, maybe radio shack.good luck
There is a small electric condenser microphone in you mother's phone where she talks, and the part has become defective. Radio Shack use to carry three types, but whether they are still available is anyone's guess. If you are handy with a soldering iron all the better because if you find one, the phone will be given extended life, I have fixed dozens with good success.
With any luck you will also find either the manual or a link to it there as well as quite a lot of other useful information that would give you guidance as to the legality
Other than going to the manufacturer's website to order from there,
Take your power adapter to Radio Shack to obtain a "generic" replacement adapter & cord. If the floor person can't help, or you are told that they don't carry it, ask for the store manager. The manager can help.
The fuse rating should be on the metal side of the metal ends of the glass fuse. Very hard to read amps and rating, may need a jewelers lupe. Or take the remains to Radio Shack.
The meter uses a fairly standard 12 volt mini amp, I don't know if Radio Shack carries them anymore, but any decent CB repair shop should have it. Workman Electronics distributes these to dealers, their part number is "CMB".
If it is a picture tube type TV not a plasma or lcd try degausing the picture tube. I think Radio Shack carries degausers or find the plans for one on the net.
