Firstly, sign out of every apple device linked to your current ID. Next go to the link I've provided at the bottom. Use your current ID to sign in, you may need to enter an authorization code that will be sent to your devices. Once you log in sucessfully you will be brought to a page that will show your current email. You should see a little "edit" link in the top right. You can then add your new email there. After successfully entering it in, apple will send your new email another verification code. Enter that in and you can now use your new email as your apple ID.

Step 1. Sign out of your Apple ID everywhere. This includes your iOS devices, your Macs, your iTunes accounts, App Store accounts, and anywhere else you can think of where you might be signed in.
Step 2. Next, visit the Apple ID sign-in page. You'll sign in with your current Apple ID information here, so go ahead and do that.
Step 3. In the Account section, click Edit. Under your Apple ID, click Change Email Address. You might be asked to answer one or more of your security questions.
Step 4. Enter the email address that you want to use as your Apple ID. A verification code will be sent to your new email address.
Step 5. Enter the verification code from the email into the fields provided and start using your updated Apple ID.
Step 6. Sign back in to all Apple services with your new Apple ID.
After you change your Apple ID, you need to use your new sign-in information with all Apple services that you use. You could also directly change your Apple ID on iPhone/iPad.
