What you are sseing is a convergence problem within the light engine of the set. This is not repairable in teh field other than replacing the light engine part. Since this unit is less than one year old, it should be covered under warranty. From the looks of it, one of the LCD panels has shifted internally. Call for warranty service and indicate that the light engine has a problem. With luck, the service company will show up with the part in hand. Replacement should not take more than an hour or so.

should be a button on the remote that says "P.Size" Every push of the button changes the Aspect, should be set to either 16:9 or Full. Hope this helps. If you do not have the remote, you can access thru the menu button on the set and toggle thru on screen display to Viseo and adjust it there as well. Hope this helps.

Not familiar with this particular model of samsung LED TV, but ghosting and shadowing are usually an accepted manufacturer's defect.
If you're still under warranty or within 30 days of purchase, contact the company that sold you the TV or Samsung warranty department.
If you're out of warranty and you don't wish to deal with this, contact a TV repair shop. They will most likely tell you that it's not worth repairing and recommend you purchase a new TV.

I have a similar issue on mine but without snD issue. This happened once before and went away but just came back

Can you please change the input device to some other you know, works? If you do not notice any problem there, look for the aerial cable going close to any power line or has interference from some other transmissions of any kind nearby.
