Hi,
I just guessing here but it could mean that the oil pressure is too low.
I'd check the oil level first, then look for the oil pressure switch and temporarily disconnect it.

SOURCE: kipor generator starts ok but will not provide electricity to apppliances

first check the circuit breakers if there ok the problem is inside like over heated parts
