Try going into Settings -> App Manager find and select "Phone", you can't find it try looking at the "All" tab on the top. Clear the Cache and Data then reboot your device to see if this helps.

If that doesn't work find the SIM toolkit using the same way as I describe above and clear the Cache and Data then reboot your device again to see if it helps.

If both those methods don't help, then you will have to perform a hard factory reset on your device. As this is the only option left that you could do yourself. However backup all the data on your device before doing so as you will wipe your device completely when you do this.

If you are still getting the "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped" error message. Then I recommend flashing the stock firmware back onto your device or take it to your device manufacturer's Service Center and they will do it for you.

How do you unlock an Android ZTE phone without Google password or username...

You could try removing the battery then return it and try starting again It resets most gadgets.

Unfortunately Launcher Has Stopped:

1. Swipe your finger from top to bottom on the screen to view the notification panel
2. Touch the Settings or
3. Touch Apps
4. Touch Menu or
5. Touch Reset App Preferences
6. Touch Reset Apps
7. Swipe from right to left 2-3 times to show the ALL list.
   (For device running on Android 6.0.X touch Menu then Show system)
8. Touch Launcher
   (For device running on Android 6.0.X touch Stock Android then Storage)
